No. The Ontario Tourism Education Corporation (OTEC) leads the project which is fully funded by the Future Skills Centre (FSC), including your licence to use the ALiGN tool. Once your identified team members are trained by the project, your organization will receive a free 8-month licence to deploy the ALiGN tool with your clients.
More time is needed initially to get set up and to attend the training on the network. Once implemented, most of our partners report no increased workload and find they save time due to automated efficiencies and improvements.
To qualify for Project Integrate, your employment organization must deliver pre-employment support and training to youth(15-29 years) in Canada. Once you complete the form below, we'll get in touch with you to share more information, learn about your organization and answer any questions. There's no obligation to participate if you complete the form. If you're at all curious, go for it!
There are two ways we gather information to help inform our research. You will offer the tools to your clients. We'll ask your clients to complete a survey about their experience, and we'll conduct a one-time interview session with you and your team.
